Product Privacy Policy

Service Velocity · Kraken Services LLC, d/b/a Service Velocity Version: 1.0-draft Effective date: September 11, 2026 Applies to: Customers and authorized users of the Service Velocity cloud platform (web, API, mobile)

This Product Privacy Policy describes how Service Velocity ("Provider", "we", "us") processes personal information when you use our field-service platform. It supplements the Cloud Service Agreement and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement.

Website visitors are covered by our separate Website Privacy Policy.

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

• Account & identity — name, email, phone, role, workspace membership, authentication logs
• Business records — clients, properties, quotes, jobs, invoices, schedules, photos, notes
• Communications metadata — email/SMS delivery status (content per your configuration)
• Payment data — billing contact and tokens via payment processors (we do not store full card numbers)
• Device & usage — mobile app version, IP address, audit logs, feature usage
• AI-assisted features — prompts and outputs per our AI Data Use Policy

We use information to:

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service
• Authenticate users and enforce tenant isolation
• Deliver customer communications you configure
• Bill subscriptions and comply with law
• Investigate abuse per our Acceptable Use Policy

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Customer Content to train foundation models (see AI Data Use Policy).

We share information with:

• Subprocessors listed at /legal/subprocessors under contract
• Integrations you enable (Jobber, QuickBooks, payment providers, etc.)
• Legal & safety when required by law or to protect rights

We retain data while your subscription is active and as described in your agreement. Backups and logs roll off per our internal retention schedule. You may export or request deletion per your plan and Privacy Rights & Requests.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the Service, including encryption in transit, tenant isolation, and access controls. Details available in security documentation upon request.

If you process EU/UK personal data, our DPA and Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

Tenant administrators control user access, integrations, and many communications settings. End-customer portal users should contact your organization first; we assist Customers with data subject requests as described in Privacy Rights & Requests.
