The business that invited you (your contractor, property manager, or service company) is responsible for the services they provide and for most data in this portal. Service Velocity provides the software platform only.

Contact your service provider first for questions about your job, quote, invoice, or appointment.

When you use the portal we may process:

• Name, email, phone, and messages you submit
• Quote/invoice/appointment details your provider shares with you
• Login/session data to secure access
• Device and access logs for security

We use portal data only to:

• Display information your provider chooses to share
• Send notifications your provider configures
• Secure and operate the platform

We do not use portal content to train AI models (see AI Data Use Policy).

• Access or correction — ask your service provider; they control your records

• Security concerns — security@servicevelocity.ai

You must not misuse the portal (spam, scraping, attempting to access other tenants' data). See Acceptable Use Policy.
