Privacy Rights & Requests (CCPA / DSAR)

1. Who should submit a request

If you are…Submit to…
A Customer (tenant) administratorprivacy@servicevelocity.ai — we respond regarding data we process as Provider
An end customer of a Service Velocity CustomerContact the business that serves you first (your contractor). They control your job/portal data
A California residentYou may have rights to know, delete, correct, or opt out of certain processing — see §3

2. How to submit

Email privacy@servicevelocity.ai with:

  • Your name and contact email
  • Whether you are a Customer admin or an end customer (and which business, if applicable)
  • The request type (access, deletion, correction, opt-out)
  • Enough detail for us to locate records (tenant name, account email)

We may verify identity before fulfilling requests.

3. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Where applicable, California residents may request:

  • Know categories and specific pieces of personal information collected
  • Delete personal information (subject to exceptions)
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of sale/sharing — we do not sell personal information

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

4. Timing

We aim to acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days with notice where permitted).

5. Authorized agents

Agents must provide signed authorization and proof of identity for both agent and consumer.
