1. Scope
This notice describes cookies and similar technologies used in the Service Velocity product (not the public marketing site at servicevelocity.ai — see Website Privacy Policy).
2. What we use

We do not use third-party advertising cookies in the product.
3. Local storage & mobile
The mobile app may store tokens and offline cache on your device using platform secure storage. Web clients may use local storage for session continuity.
4. Your choices
Strictly necessary cookies are required to use the Service. You can clear browser storage by signing out or clearing site data; mobile tokens clear on logout or app uninstall.
5. Changes
We will post updates here with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated to tenant administrators.
